Ta Prohm is a Buddhist monastery dedicated to the “ancestor Brahma” and dates back to the middle of the XII. century and beginning of the XIII. century. Württemberg is famous for co-operatives cellar, red wine production, wine consumption highest per head in Germany and Trollinger (probably the leanest red wine the whole word). Yet, let me point out two sites beside the Neckar River with stunning views and surprising terroir and co-op who does very correct, clean and enjoyable wines.

I got invited to some cellar, winery activities the day before New Years Eve, so I could say no as Tibor is also a good friend and his father does a nice Zenit wine as well. Meant to be for friends and private consumption only, hence no bottling in the real sense takes place.

I wasn´t a fan of sparkling wine in the past due to that I just didn’t understand it and tried the wrong examples. My time in London, -the Champagne and sparkling wine capital of the world- changed my point of view dramatically yet it set standards very high as well.
